Our toddler room kiddos bundled up in their jackets and grabbed their umbrellas for a magical story session at the Glenroy Library!
Despite a light drizzle, they learned how to use umbrellas, held hands and explored the nature around them, listened to the birds, and felt the gentle raindrops on their cheeks. The stories were a hit, and they loved exploring books and doing some fun worksheets! Afterward, they enjoyed some outdoor play on the swings and slides, plus a tasty snack break!
Excursions like these are fantastic for young children as they foster curiosity, social skills, and a love for learning!
